How much is shipping?
We offer shipping by registered airmail at a cost of USD10. Registered airmail is trackable at the post office and is sent in a protective padded envelope. Goods sent by registered airmail are declared as a gift and should therefore not be affected by your local customs. However customs must still be handled by your local postal service which can lead to delays (any customs/fees are the customer's responsibility but it shall not be charged on a gift).

Registered mail is insured for a value of up to $20.

How do I know if you have shipped my order?
We will email you your shipping tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. We ship all orders withing 24 hours after payment has been received.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Gems Heaven is a customer oriented company. The most important thing is that you as a customer are 100% satisfied. Should it happen that you do not like the product you bought, you can of course return it to us (One-of-a-kind custom piece of jewelry are non refundable). ATTENTION! Product returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Important! Contact us first for return instructions. Most often, we credit 100% of the purchase amount (minus shipping costs). However, we reserve the right to deduct 10% of the restocking fee to cover costs for returns. There may also be occasions when we have expenses that cannot be reimbursed to us (such as paypal fees). When canceling paid orders, a 10% cancellation fee is charged. We then reserve the right to deduct these fees from your return amount.

Guarantee
We sell only natural, genuine stones and jewelry. Should you wish, we can send a stone/jewelry to a laboratory for certification at an additional cost.

Picture policy
Buying gemstones online can be a little intimidating because you only have a picture and information to go by. Gems Heaven takes individual photographs of all our products, we never use so-called 'stock photos' as some other sellers do (a stock photo is a photo of a reference stone that is used for more than one product). We use regular lights that you can see in any jewelry store when we take our photographs. Our photographs are enlarged so that you can see all the small details. The exact weight and size is always written in the product information box.
